The system provides a personalized “portal website” where the listings are maintained, specific designations (favorite, possibility, delete, etc) can be associated to the homes, and status of the homes can be checked.

PRE-MLS and PRIVATE LISTINGS: We are privileged in obtaining knowledge of many listings prior to being listed on the MLS and of listings that will not be listed on MLS (private listings). We continuously search these properties and recommend any that are a match to our client’s home profile.

ACTIVE SEARCHING: We diligently search alongside our clients across the MLS and alert about any “special finds”, preview many of the homes in advance of recommendation, and schedule and tour neighborhoods/homes with our clients.

OFF-MARKET PROSPECTING: We prospect home sellers and agents specializing in our client’s desired areas to uncover any possible off-market buying opportunities.

HOME VALUATION: Upon finding the home you love, our clients are provided with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), combined with my neighborhood-specific knowledge and buyer trends in order to provide a more accurate pricing recommendation.

EXPERT NEGOTIATION: On behalf of our valued clients, we expertly negotiate the best combination of price and terms to meet their specific goals and timeframe. I am privileged to have obtained the Certified Negotiation Expert-CNE® status (limited to ~1% of agents having been able to obtain this certification) further benefiting my clients throughout the years.
